Harvest Chevre is our traditional fresh chevre.  It’s a smooth, creamy pasteurized goat’s milk cheese, produced daily from our herd of Alpine, La Mancha and Oberhasli dairy goats. 

Enjoy it on crackers, with a bagel or use it in cheesecake with a kick!

Smoked Paprika Chevre is the same base as Harvest Chevre, blended with smoked paprika, giving it a characteristic orange hue.  Spanish sweet red peppers are smoked over wood planks to achieve this chevre’s distinct smoky finish.

Blueberry Ginger Breakfast Chevre

Can’t get enough of our tasty chevre?  Why not try it with breakfast!  A twist on a classic European preparation, Blueberry Ginger Breakfast Chevre is blended with fresh blueberries, local clover honey and a touch of ginger to wake up those taste buds in the AM.

Mount Olympus Feta

Inspired by our large Greek neighbor to the West, Mount Olympus Feta is a traditional Greek preparation aged goat cheese.  Brined and aged in a 23 percent bath of salted whey, Mount Olympus Feta is packaged in a decadent marinade of olive oil, thyme, garlic, marjoram, onion, rosemary, basil, oregano, savory and sage.  It’s a classical taste inspired by the ancient Greeks.

Our Feta is excellent crumbled over a salad, melted in eggs or sliced and served.

Dill & Garlic Chevre is a full-flavored savory chevre, seasoned with diced garlic balanced with the grassy flavor of dill weed.
