Our herd of forty Alpine, La Mancha & Oberhasli dairy goats come from a robust and diverse genetic pool. They are selected to thrive on grass & browse. Our goats produce a mild flavored milk that is a pure alabaster hue.

Our East Friesian & Lacaune crosses also thrive on primarily a grass diet. Sheep produce less milk than goats on a volume basis, however, sheep’s milk is much richer in solids, yielding more than two pounds of cheese for every gallon of milk.
Although East Fresians & Lacaune are primarily dairy breeds, they produce beautiful rugged wool.

Khaki Campbell Ducks are excellent egg layers, producing almost three hundred eggs per year each. Our Ducks enjoy free range pasturing, even enjoying time on a small lake here at Wild Harvest Farm.

Our growing flock of Heritage Turkeys are highly sought after come the holiday season. If you have never tasted an ancient breed of Turkey, you are in for a treat. Smaller and tastier than grocery store meat, our turkeys also enjoy whey from our creamery, making them even more succulent for your holiday table.
Make sure to reserve your family’s Wild Harvest Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey early.

Our Whey-Fed Pigs have recently finished tilling up the veggie garden for spring planting. They have done an excellent job clearing away last year’s harvest and turning over the soil.
Check out our Whey-Fed Pork page for details on availability this season.
