At our Home Cheesemaking Workshop, you will learn the art and science of making cheese at home in your own kitchen with easily accessible and inexpensive tools.
Our classes are intimate, fun and informative. Lunch will be served including a cheese course. Cheesemaking kit, workshop notebook, and of course your own handmade cheese are all included!
We will be making Feta, Fromage Blanc/Chevre & forty five minute Mozzarella.
Thinking about starting your own family farm?
We offer this workshop to anyone interested in sustainable agriculture whether beginner or experienced.
Each Workshop session is limited to 10 participants to allow direct hands-on experience.
Farm fresh lunch provided, including lamb stew and artisan cheeses from our creamery.
Be sure to dress for outdoor comfort, warmly in layers with waterproof boots. Please remember the birthing process can be messy and you will be participating!
